Additional information: This dish is not made with the traditional Filet Mignon. The one ounce of brandy used to make the sauce is for flavor only. All alcohol is burned off in the flambe. It is not recommended as a Ready Meal because the sauce is better when it is served hot and eaten at temperature. To eat it reheated for the first time will have to be a personal choice.
